La vida cotidiana y su influencia en la conservación de las viviendas patrimoniales

Abstract

La conservación del patrimonio urbano garantiza la continuidad de la memoria histórica y la identidad de los pueblos que representa. Las viviendas son el centro de la vida cotidiana y constituyen una de las principales aspiraciones de los hombres. De ahí, la necesidad de su oportuna conservación para alargar su vida útil. La presente investigación determina la influencia de la vida cotidiana en la conservación de las viviendas con valor patrimonial. El estudio es descriptivo y se utilizan métodos y técnicas de las metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas. Se defiende la idea de que la acelerada urbanización y el desarrollo del núcleo familiar son algunos de los elementos de la vida cotidiana que influyen en la conservación de las viviendas patrimoniales.
