Abstract

En esta investigación se elaboró una metodología para la formación de usuarios en la búsqueda de información científica en diferentes formatos con el propósito de favorecer la obtención de información de forma rápida y precisa, utilizando dos vías: la tradicional y la digitalizada para darle solución al problema ¿Cómo contribuir a la búsqueda de la información científica en los usuarios existente en la biblioteca universitaria? Se realiza un estudio utilizando los métodos Histórico-lógico, Análisis-síntesis, Análisis documental, Modelación y la Observación a la actividad de formación de usuarios.
