Abstract

El presente artículo muestra una propuesta de la “Obtención de un adoquín como resultado de la mezcla de cáscara de maní, pet-1 y elementos tradicionales, para el sector popular†. La elaboración de los adoquines a pesar del paso de los años su proceso sigue teniendo como material principal la arcilla, el cual es de origen orgánico y requiere de cierta destrucción de capa vegetal para su extracción. Con respecto al presente proyecto se propone experimentar con la cáscara de maní y el pet-1 como agregados para la fabricación de un adoquín. El objetivo aprovechar estos materiales considerados como desperdicio masivo, e incorporarlos como agregado en un prototipo de adoquín hasta lograr la dosificación idónea. Con la finalidad de que este prototipo mantenga su estética y su resistencia sea igual o superior a los comúnmente comercializados en el país. Además será un aporte a la bioconstrucción y preservación del medio ambiente.
