El sistema de gestión documental Quipux y el manejo de la documentación digital en las empresas públicas

Abstract

El Sistema de Gestión Documental Quipux se desarrolla con el fin de dar soporte a las Instituciones de la administración pública, el cual busca mejorar la calidad de servicio que se brinda al ciudadano. La investigación a realizar será cuali-cuantitativa de corte descriptiva con las técnicas de encuestas, entrevistas que, permitirá tener un acercamiento con el campo a investigar, estudiando las situaciones reales que en este caso consistirá en establecer la frecuencia y manejo que se le da al Sistema de Gestión Documental Quipux. Este sistema permite almacenar documentos y dar seguimiento del proceso que recorren hasta su finalización, reducir tiempos de espera y satisfacer a los usuarios, tanto estudiantes como administrativos. Uno de los beneficios adicionales es promover la disminución de uso de papel.
