Alternativa de producto saludable para la alimentación de los deportistas de la zona norte de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente artículo presenta una exploración referente a la evaluación de viabilidad al desarrollo de una alternativa de producto saludable basado en claras de huevo para los deportistas que corresponde a la zona de norte de Guayaquil/Ecuador. El campo de interés de la investigación se centra en un estudio de la aportación nutricional de las claras de huevo en la alimentación de los deportistas, las preferencias de alimentos saludables que mantienen este grupo de personas a productos naturales y los cuidados que mantienen para los entrenamientos que diariamente realizan. A partir de lo se desarrolló un análisis deductivo-inductivo acerca de la literatura y también de los datos recogidos en la encuesta dirigida a los deportistas del sector en donde con base a la información proporcionada por Asociaciones de Nutrición para deportistas y por parte de deportistas, se concluye que el producto a base de claras de huevo es viable a razón de que el segmento al cual está dirigido se encuentra dispuesto a adquirirlo ya que representa un buen aporte diario de proteínas en su alimentación diaria.
