Análisis del uso de los servicios de redes sociales que proveen las operadoras de telefonía móvil (facebook, instagram, whatsapp)

Abstract

Las redes sociales en la época actual han permitido mayor interacción social entre las personas, que, aunque se encuentren separadas a grandes distancias, se pueden comunicar de forma instantánea a través del uso de dispositivos móviles, los usuarios solo necesitan crear un perfil para poder interactuar y relacionarse con amigos, familiares o también pueden conocer a nuevas personas que compartan intereses en común. El propósito de esta investigación fue analizar cual red social es la más usada para comunicarse entre personas y cuales operadoras telefónicas ofrecen mejores servicios de datos, cuáles son las coberturas y los costos, el estudio fue aplicado a los estudiantes mayores de edad de un instituto de educación superior de la ciudad de Ambato en la provincia de Tungurahua.
