Abstract

El presente artículo titulado: El Derecho Ambiental cubano y la Asamblea de Naciones Unidas para el medio ambiente, tiene como objetivo: Fundamentar desde el punto de vista teórico jurídico, histórico y exegético las pautas de la Asamblea de Naciones Unidas en el medio ambiente y la posición legal de Cuba para las violaciones que existan en materia ambiental. En el epígrafe 1se aborda las cuestiones teóricas jurídicas del derecho ambiental, conceptos, evolución histórica, principios, la asamblea general de las naciones unidas para el medio ambiente y los convenios internacionales en esta materia, en el epígrafe 2 los tratados internacionales firmados por Cuba en materia ambiental, las violaciones ambientales y la legislación cubana ambiental para de esta forma emitir conclusiones y recomendaciones.
