Fidelización de fuentes informativas digitales en los procesos del quehacer periodístico investigativo web

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca contrastar la fidelización que manejan los medios de comunicación en sus plataformas digitales con respecto a sus fuentes informativas, y como inciden en el formato del periodismo investigativo en el contexto ecuatoriano, así como la distribución de contenidos desde el contexto tradicional y el auge de las proyecciones digitales. El impacto que generan en la actualidad las redes sociales por parte de los medios de comunicación ante la opinión pública, es tan relevante que causa en la sociedad un conflicto por diversos comentarios que se actualizan en cuestión de segundos, minutos y horas ante cualquier temática, sea deportiva, social o política, en este último caso existe un conflicto constante a la hora de informar, ya que en esta era digital los soportes y fuentes dejaron de ser ocultos o inaccesibles, para volverse alcanzables y virales en cuestión de segundos, siendo este el motivo principal para materializar una problemática que se presenta de forma imperceptible ante la vista o análisis del público, como lo es la fidelización de la información, su fuente y origen.
