El agresor del delito de violencia intrafamiliar y su tratamiento psicológico como medida alternativa de solución de conflictos

Abstract

El presente artículo expone como tema central el análisis jurídico acerca de la violencia intrafamiliar, destacando el incremento del índice de violencia en la República del Ecuador, en el cual existen problemas dentro de los núcleos familiares, trayendo consigo dificultad en el desarrollo de la sociedad, es por ello que la participación de las autoridades competentes en busca de las mejores soluciones para disminuir la violencia, han pasado a ser ineficientes por cuanto, existe un incremento y reincidencia de los casos presentados, siendo un factor perturbador para la sociedad. En la violencia intrafamiliar se encuentra presente diversos tipos de acciones entre la que se destaca la violencia psicológica, siendo esta una de las agresiones más silenciosa y peligrosa que afecta a la comunidad.
