La cocina camagüeyana como atractivo turístico. Una aplicación para móviles

Abstract

Se describen las acciones realizadas para rescatar la cocina tradicional camagüeyana y valorizarla como atractivo turístico, así como el proceso de creación de una aplicación para móviles, que tiene el objetivo de contribuir a la promoción de la cocina regional. Fueron empleadas las técnicas de análisis de documentos, entrevistas y grupo focal. Se diseñó una aplicación para móviles, que incluye un menú de 32 recetas de la cocina tradicional (en español e inglés), divididas en entrantes, platos principales y postres.
