Abstract

El Gobierno de México, cada seis años, elabora un Documento llamado Pan Nacional de Desarrollo, en el cual, se implementan diferentes Programas Sociales, con el propósito de apoyar a los sectores más vulnerables de la población, en un esfuerzo por reducir la pobreza, la marqinación, la desigualdad y la inclusión de este sector, propiciando a través de estos oportunidades para mejorar sus niveles de vida. El programa Progresa-Oportunidades-Prospera ha sobrevivido a los cambios de gobierno en los últimos 4 periodos de Gobierno.
