El presidencialismo y sus toques de parlamentarismo

Abstract

Es de suma importancia saber por qué los países que adoptan como sistema o régimen de gobierno el presidencialismo, donde las funciones del Jefe de Estado y del Jefe de gobierno recaen en una misma persona, se han ido transformado bajo el esquema de que el Presidente es quien tiene el poder absoluto, incluso, transgrediendo la autonomía de los demás poderes como el Legislativo o el Judicial. Este fenómeno se presenta con mayor frecuencia tendiendo a la forma de gobernar parlamentaria, régimen que por cierto, también tiene un esquema cuestionable, ya que parece tener matices del presidencialismo.
