Composición factorial confirmatoria de la norma laboral percibida

Abstract

A menudo, las normas y el compromiso han sido estudiados en relación con el tratamiento de enfermedades crónicas degenerativas, pero considerando desvinculadas sus relaciones de dependencia y reflejantes. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue especificar un modelo para el estudio del fenómeno mediante la confiabilidad y la validez de un instrumento que mide a ambos factores orientativos y disposicionales. A partir de un modelo estructural se encontró que el compromiso al tratamiento fue determinado por la norma social, aunque el porcentaje de varianza explicada fue del 80%, sugiriendo la inclusión de un factor normativo o la diversificación del factor actitudinal.
