Sistema de indicadores para el diagnóstico de la gestión de los recursos humanos

Abstract

Los Recursos Humanos impulsan la competitividad de las empresas a partir del aporte de sus conocimientos y habilidades en las mismas. La óptima Gestión de los Recursos Humanos (GRH) brinda resultados más confiables para la posterior toma de decisiones ante situaciones que requieran una necesaria mejora, determinando dónde y en qué medida enfocar los recursos para alcanzar dicho mejoramiento. La presente investigación se propone desarrollar un sistema de indicadores que permita evaluar la gestión de los recursos humanos que incluye tanto elementos cuantitativos como cualitativos y para la evaluación de estos últimos se toma como base la teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos.
