Abstract

Dentro de las relaciones humanas, la relación médico-paciente-familia es un arte complejo de dominar, es la piedra angular en la atención médica; El interés final de todos es común, ofrecer y recibir respectivamente una atención de salud adecuada. Este trabajo pretende dar una visión global de la relación médico-paciente-familia en Cirugía Pediátrica y destacar la importancia de la comunicación asertiva, que debe existir en todos los niveles asistenciales de salud, se señalan factores que influyen en la relación, atribuibles al médico y al paciente; se pretende esclarecer hasta cierto punto la situación actual del problema y brindar recomendaciones para realizar una buena relación médico-paciente-familia en Cirugía Pediátrica.
