Debate conceitual acerca da pobreza multidimensional

Abstract

Este trabalho visa debater conceitualmente a pobreza, partindo do pressuposto que é um construto multidimensional. Neste sentido, a noção de pobreza é embasada pelo o enfoque estudado pelo escritor indiano Amartya Sen. Ademais, apresenta as modificações desse conceito ao longo da história. Adicionalmente, é feito o alinhamento entre pobreza e as iniciativas no campo da Economia Solidária. Por fim, são mostrados os desdobramentos dessa temática para o combate à pobreza e a sua consequente redução.
