Metodología para la virtualización del proceso de formación del profesional en el ISPKS, Angola

Abstract

En este artículo se exponen los resultados parciales de la aplicación de la metodología para la virtualización del proceso de formación del profesional (MVPFP) en el ISPKS. La metodología está compuesta por cuatro exigencias rectoras que se dirigen en función de lograr una adecuada virtualización, por un conjunto de premisas fundamentales para hacer viable este proceso, objetivo, el eje conceptual que posibilitó establecer los conceptos básicos que constituyen el soporte de la metodología y el eje operacional compuesto por cinco etapas (Planificación, Organización, Ejecución, Control y Evaluación), con los respectivos objetivos, acciones y procedimientos. Además, se hizo el diagnóstico de los elementos que garantizan las condiciones iniciales mínimas, el análisis de los lineamientos estratégicos definidos y declarados por la institución que garantizan la aplicación de la metodología y el desarrollan las acciones que constan en las etapas de implementación de la referida metodología.
