La gestión en la educación de postgrado: una experiencia en el Centro Universitario municipal de Vara

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda las experiencias en la educación de postgrado desarrollado, en su variante de la superación profesional, realizado por el Centro Universitario en las entidades estatales y no estatales del municipio Yara, a partir de cuatro etapas fundamentales: planificación, organización, control y evaluación. Esta investigación responde a la necesidad de perfeccionar la gestión de postgrado que desarrolla el CUM en las entidades, por lo que para solucionar la misma se plantean diferentes acciones en cada una de las etapas, a partir de los fundamentos de la superación postgraduada. Se emplearon diversos métodos entre los que se encuentran el análisis y la síntesis, inducción y deducción, así como técnicas como: análisis de documentos y encuesta, estadístico, el cálculo porcentual. Las acciones realizadas permitieron satisfacer con calidad las necesidades de superación y posgrado en el sector estatal y no estatal en respuesta a las demandas del desarrollo económico y social del territorio.
