Estudio sobre la transmisión de la marca corporativa en la cultura empresarial. Caso Unilever

Abstract

Los servicios de salud ocupan un lugar cada vez más destacado en el contexto de la economía de servicios de muchos países del mundo en la actualidad y se encuentra sometida a la influencia de diversos factores que provoquen altibajos en su desarrollo. Sin embargo, es generalmente reconocido que la calidad de los servicios de salud en el mundo de hoy es un factor importante que responde a necesidades crecientes de la población en muchas partes y a demandas y metas de organismos internacionales en este campo. El objetivo del presente artículo es examinar diversos factores y tendencias del entorno que impactan o son susceptibles de incidir en la calidad de los servicios de salud en Ecuador, entre los que se destacan, las políticas y programas nacionales, el contexto económico-social, las prácticas sanitarias, las alianzas público-privadas, las tendencias demográficas, los determinantes ambientales, entre otras. Se destaca la importancia de tener en cuenta estos factores a la hora de emprender programas y trazarse objetivos encaminados a satisfacer demandas actuales y futuras de la ciudadanía.
