Propiedad social y desarrollo local en la transición socialista en Cuba

Abstract

Uno de los errores esenciales en la construcción del socialismo ha sido identificar la propiedad social sobre los medios de producción con su simple posesión mayoritaria o fundamental, por el Estado Central. En su devenir histórico junto con los avances sociales , se fueron acumulando sus deformaciones burocráticas, alejándose cada vez más de la esencia de un Estado que tiene que ir dejando de ser un órgano de poder superior, que suplante o anule, los intereses de los productores asociados, limite la participación democrática en la toma de decisiones y se convierta de un medio en obstáculo para el desarrollo de la iniciativa y responsabilidad emprendedora a nivel del individuo, colectivo laboral, comunidad y la sociedad en general.
