Abstract

La presente investigación aborda una temática novedosa para las sociedades anónimas ecuatorianas; y se trata de las consideraciones teóricas del control legal, el cumplimiento normativo (compliance) y la auditoria jurídica empresarial. En el mismo aspecto, se da mucha relevancia al principio de legalidad, como un pilar fundamental de las sociedades anónimas, por cuanto no se puede obtener lucro sin el cumplimiento normativo respectivo, y reconociendo que las normas jurídicas son paraguas al cual nos encontramos sometidos todas las personas tanto naturales como jurídicas.
