Sistema de acciones para la preparación de los actores sociales en la prevención del abuso sexual en los menores de edad

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realiza en la provincia de Las Tunas, partiendo del análisis de un problema profesional el que está dado en; la Insuficiente preparación de los actores sociales para la prevención de los delitos contra el normal desarrollo de las relaciones sexuales que victimizan a los menores de edad, coincidiendo su incidencia con el comportamiento a nivel nacional. Para atenuar este problema, elaboramos un sistema de acciones para la preparación de éstos en la prevención de los mismos, utilizando para ello la estructura socio política de la provincia y en específico la de la Comisión de Prevención y Atención Social, dándole un rol fundamental a la escuela como institución insigne del entorno, al Ministerio de Interior, a las organizaciones de masas y demás instituciones que conforman los Grupos de Trabajos Comunitarios.
