Abstract

El artículo aborda una temática de actualidad en el contexto socioeducativo cubano, a partir de la necesidad de la formación de la competencia sociopolítica con un enfoque humanista desde una perspectiva martiana de los profesionales de la educación. La educación superior se plantea que, además de una sólida instrucción y educación, los estudiantes en formación inicial deben desarrollar competencias profesionales que les permitan convertirse en individuos creadores y transformadores, capaces de autoprepararse sistemáticamente, para garantizar una actualización profesional permanente a partir del desarrollo de habilidades para aprender a aprender.
