O comportamento do consumidor: uma proposta de revisão bibliométrica sobre hedonismo e utilitarismo

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe apresentar um estudo bibliométrico, sobre hedonismo e utilitarismo no comportamento do consumidor. Cabe ressaltar, que este artigo tem por interesse estudar como os conceitos são conjuntamente estudados, o que fez os pesquisadores utilizarem a base de dados da ISI Web of Knowledge (Web of Science). O artigo tem embasamento teórico calcado nos conceitos de comportamento do consumidor, hedonismo e utilitarismo. O trabalho se valeu da metodologia descritiva exploratória e da pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando o software VOSviewer para análise dos dados. Observou-se ao longo de 32 anos, em 783 artigos, que o assunto hedonismo e utilitarismo vem progredindo, mas ainda possui campo profícuo de pesquisa para expandir.
