Proyecto de factibilidad para el tratamiento y aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos en la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

El presente artículo, tratar sobre la propuesta de proyecto de factibilidad para el tratamiento y aprovechamiento de los desechos sólidos, el cual permita como primer plano, ayudar a la administración Municipal de Riobamba, en darle una herramienta importante con la cual se pueda tomar una decisión real de que se puede lograr ya un cierre completo del ciclo de recolección, aprovechando de la inversión realizada por el GADMR. Este proyecto de factibilidad busca un correcto manejo administrativo en el relleno sanitario de Riobamba, se propone implementar el uso de estaciones muy similar al de una empresa de producción, misma que busca su materia prima en los desechos sólidos, buscando incorporar a trabajadores al campo laboral, logrando el desarrollo económico a través del rescate de los elementos reciclables encontrados en el relleno sanitario y como no ayudar en un tratamiento correcto de los desechos sólidos, mismos que serían manejados de una manera responsable y técnica sobre todo al medio ambiente.
