La incorporación de la perspectiva de género de modo transversal en las decisiones judiciales

Abstract

El enfoque de género permite tanto visibilizar como cuestionar roles y estereotipos que han sido asignados a las personas desde su nacimiento, que están a la base de la desigualdad, así como las violaciones de derechos humanos, surgiendo por ser necesarias campañas contra ese mal enfoque de género y el debido juzgamiento bajo su perspectiva. En ese contexto, se reflexiona sobre los efectos de la visión de género y la función de las decisiones judiciales, especialmente donde sus derechos se pueden ver disminuidos.
