Abstract

El Modelo de Política Económica constituye un instrumento que está orientado a las parroquias rurales del Cantón Riobamba y sirve como marco de referencia para dar soluciones a los problemas de los sectores productivos como agrícola- ganadero, educación, salud, vivienda, vialidad, y turismo. Es el punto de partida para un proceso continuado y dinámico de dirección del modelo, a través del cual se articula la implantación de políticas, estrategias e instrumentos para su ejecución. El objetivo principal del Modelo de Política Económica es proponer estrategias que contribuyan con mayor efectividad al crecimiento de las parroquias, asume este gran desafío a partir de un claro posicionamiento que sustenta una propuesta de gestión planificada a corto y mediano plazo.
