Praxis gerencial y desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

La gerencia representa el camino para la ejecución de actividades destinadas a la preservación del medio ambiente donde se desenvuelve los seres vivos. El presente documento, representa un ensayo analítico sobre la praxis gerencial y el desarrollo sostenible. Para ello, se realizó un análisis documental sobre el objeto de estudio, mediante una discriminación de artículos científicos indexados en diversos repositorios electrónicos y documentos institucionales, que brindaron una visión amplia sobre la temática en cuestión, donde se abordaron las definiciones de praxis gerencial, desarrollo sustentable y la relación entre ambos, en base a diversos autores y la opinión propia del investigador. Se concluye, que la gerencia moderna debe mirar hacia la naturaleza circundante y actuar de forma cónsona con la problemática ambiental en el planeta, dejando a un lado el capitalismo exagerado y la falta de ética empresarial respecto a los ecosistemas naturales, para abrir paso al aseguramiento de los recursos a fin de no generar daños en los ecosistemas en el cual vivimos y habitaran las generaciones futuras.
