Impacto sociocultural de las políticas agrarias en comunidades rurales

Abstract

El presente estudio constituye un acercamiento desde la teoría y la práctica al impacto de las políticas agrarias en las comunidades rurales enfatizando en el municipio Santa Cruz del Norte. La historia de las políticas agrarias y estudios interdisciplinarios sobre el sector, demuestran la necesidad de considerar las problemáticas socioculturales en cada proceso desarrollador, como oportunidades o amenazas para las transformaciones institucionales. Como resultado se presentan indicadores de divorcio entre la aplicación de políticas agrarias y la esencia sociocultural de ese sector, que ha afectado no solo la reproducción de ese modo de vida social, sino también la propia sostenibilidad, a mediano y largo plazo, de las transformaciones productivas implementadas o por institucionalizar jurídicamente.
