La ergonomía en el ejercicio profesional del secretariado en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

El trabajo muestra un análisis relacionado con el surgimiento de la profesión de secretariado ejecutivo, destacando la importancia de las funciones que realizan las personas que ocupan estos cargos, para el buen desempeño de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Se abordó el tema relacionado con la ergonomía desde su surgimiento y desarrollo, destacando su importancia para la preservación de la salud de los trabajadores. Se muestran los resultados de una encuesta sobre la aplicación del método ergonómico de evaluación de riesgo individual (ERIN), logrando diagnosticar los riesgos ergonómicos vinculados a las personas que ocupan cargos en el secretariado de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, lo que permite prevenir futuras enfermedades mediante el estudio de técnicas que pueden mejorar la salud del personal implicado.
