Inventario gastronómico tradicional La Rioja - Argentina

Abstract

El turismo gastronómico consiste en conocer y degustar la comida tradicional de un pueblo, es una manera de acercarse a la cultura, historia y costumbres de una región. Este tipo de turismo también permite al turista disfrutar de nuevos sabores y preparaciones culinarias. Se trata de una nueva opción, donde las personas del buen comer están dispuestas a experimentar una aventura culinaria que consiste en visitar restaurantes, mercados, las casas de los pobladores y participar en las fiestas locales. Por ello, este estudio tiene como objetivo fundamental poder relevar y analizar la situación actual de la oferta turística gastronómica tradicional de la ciudad Capital de La Rioja.
