Plan de medidas para la reducción de desastres de la facultad de ciencias técnicas

Abstract

La Ley 75 de la Defensa Nacional establece la Defensa Civil como un sistema de medidas defensivas de carácter estatal, en tiempo de paz o situaciones excepcionales, con el propósito de proteger a la población y la economía nacional contra los medios de destrucción, en casos de desastre y ante el deterioro del medio ambiente. Este sistema de medidas tiene como premisa la organización territorial e institucional. Esto exige su creación en órganos y organismos estatales, entidades económicas e instituciones sociales y en los territorios. Las acciones de la Defensa Civil están dirigidas a educar, preparar y capacitar a la población y a los organismos del estado para el enfrentamiento y reducción de riesgos ante tales desastres. El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer un plan de medidas para la reducción de desastres de la Facultad de Ciencias Técnicas de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus José Martí Pérez.
