El programa de desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas (PNUD) y el proyecto de radio comunitaria en Laos

Abstract

Este artículo ahonda en un proyecto para la creación de una infraestructura de radio comunitaria en Laos, con ayuda del PNUD (Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo). La radio comunitaria es una gran ayuda en este país montañoso, donde la mayor parte de la población reside en zonas rurales remotas de difícil acceso. La radio favorece algunos aspectos básicos de la vida, como el acceso a la educación y a la información sobre sanidad.
