Prevención y bienestar estudiantil: ineludible acción del trabajador social

Abstract

El Trabajador Social en el contexto educativo es un profesional que tiene por meta real servir de catalizador y dinamizador de los procesos socioculturales, respetando los valores propios de cada estudiante, por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo fue resaltar la acción del Trabajador Social en prevención y bienestar estudiantil. En el proceso de desarrollo se utilizó los métodos lógico-científico, inductivo-deductivo, análisis-síntesis y el bibliográfico, a nivel empírico se aplicó la encuesta a 30 estudiantes de octavo año de educación básica del “Colegio Nacional Mixto 18 de Octubre†de la ciudad de Portoviejo, los resultados demostraron fehacientemente el cumplimiento del objetivo de estudio.
