O enfrentamento à corrupção no Brasil sob a perspectiva do estado democrático de direito

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a Lei Complementar n°. 135/2010, Lei da Ficha Limpa, e as alterações trazidas por essa, no que concerne às hipóteses de inelegibilidade que visam a proteger a probidade administrativa e a moralidade no exercício do mandato, e verificar a (in)efetividade da sua aplicabilidade no cenário eleitoral brasileiro. Serão abordados conceitos acerca da democracia, Estado, República para compreender o fenômeno da corrupção e a Lei como um importante e efetivo mecanismo no enfretamento à corrupção e à politicagem no Brasil.
