Análisis legislativo del régimen económico y social de las cooperativas no agropecuarias en Cuba

Abstract

La presente investigación aporta un estudio científico del fenómeno de la cooperativa con un enfoque que hasta el momento no ha sido agotado. Las cooperativas no agropecuarias son sujetos económicos que cada vez adquieren mayor relevancia en el tráfico económico, por lo que su correcta regulación se hace necesaria. El Régimen Económico de las cooperativas no agropecuarias presenta una regulación deficiente y limitativa en cuanto a las aportaciones de los asociados al capital social o trabajo inicial como se le reconoce en la academia patria, limitaciones estas que atentan contra el desarrollo de esta figura. En tal sentido proponemos la elaboración de pautas legislativas sobre al régimen económico y financiero de las mismas, para contribuir al desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de este tipo de cooperativa en Cuba y facilitar con ello el actuar de los operadores jurídicos y de la sociedad en general.
