Factores externos e internos que afectaron al desarrollo económico de vendedores informales en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Un negocio se genera por la necesidad de obtener un beneficio, sin embargo no existe una estructura clave para garantizar que el mismo tenga éxito, los cargos y responsabilidades se establecen conforme a las demandas que se realizan de manera diaria. Los negocios son creados por personas que no necesariamente tengan un conocimiento administrativo, por lo tanto desconocen del cumplimiento de las leyes o a su vez manejar un punto de equilibrio que separe sus obligaciones tributarias. Esto al pasar el tiempo traer repercusiones como multas y sanciones. Frente a este problema se creó un sistema de mejora continua que permita capacitar a los informales, darles charlas de educación financiera y cumplir con requisitos legales en el futuro, el beneficio obtenido es la seguridad que el negocio tenga un crecimiento futuro sustentable y a la vez creen plazas de trabajo para otros guayaquileños.
