Estrategia para la gestión del desarrollo local endógeno en el municipio de Sumbe

Abstract

El artículo aporta una estrategia dirigida a la gestión del desarrollo local endógeno del municipio de Sumbe, ubicado en la provincia Kwanza Sul de la República de Angola. El examen de la literatura desde las concepciones que se manejan en el pensamiento económico universal respecto al desarrollo local desde los diferentes enfoques, permitió elaborar una postura conceptual acorde con dichos preceptos. Este abordaje teórico funcionó como exigencias rectoras para el diseño de la estrategia propuesta como resultado científico que aporta desde el punto de vista teórico, práctico y metodológico un proceder para la gestión del desarrollo local endógeno del municipio de Sumbe, organizado por cuatro etapas fundamentales: planificación, organización, implementación y control; sustentadas en las características y diversidad del contexto donde serán aplicadas.
