El trabajo político ideológico en la gestión de dirección de las instituciones educacionales

Abstract

La presente ponencia parte de identificar algunas limitaciones en la labor política e ideológica que se desarrolla en las instituciones educacionales y promueve la necesidad de reflexionar en torno a la complejidad de este tema teniendo en cuenta las proyecciones de la estrategia subversiva del enemigo destinada a la actual y las nuevas generaciones. Todo lo cual refuerza la idea de lograr cambios substanciales en la labor que los directivos educacionales realizan en torno a dicha labor.
