Fortalecimiento microempresarial del cantón Balzar mediante el asesoramiento y la capacitación continua en áreas administrativas y financieras

Abstract

El fortalecimiento microempresarial juega un papel muy importante para el crecimiento de los negocios, mediante una buena estrategia de capacitación y asesoramiento, los microempresarios del cantón Balzar podrán regularizarse en el corto plazo y alcanzar un desarrollo a mediano y largo plazo. Por medio de la revisión documental y la aplicación de encuestas a los dueños de los locales comerciales, ubicados en la parte de mayor movimiento comercial, la Av. Rómulo Rendón, se confirmó que existe un bajo nivel de instrucción y conocimiento en las áreas administrativas y financieras, debido a que ellos solo se enfocan en sus labores diarias, mas no en los temas de negocios, se evidenció la poca formalización y control interno, y se comprobó que existe interés en recibir ayuda porque no existen organismos o profesionales que les brinden soporte constante en temas de negocios.
