El Museo Virtual del Patrimonio Industrial Cubano (Î CUBA) como dinamizador de la cultura colectiva

Abstract

Los museos se han ido transformando paulatinamente de proyecciones culturales estáticas a exhibiciones más virtuales; logrando así integrar las experiencias de los museos en experiencias en líneas. Tomando en cuenta estos criterios, presentamos una descripción global de las funcionalidades y estructura del "Museo Virtual Cubano del Patrimonio Industrial". El objetivo de la creación de este museo ha sido la de salvaguardar y agrupar en un único espacio toda la rica historia cultural del patrimonio industrial azucarero cubano. Se parte de las facilidades que ofrece diversas herramientas informáticas y la web para la conservación de objetos patrimoniales y la creación de experiencias interactivas que contribuyan al desarrollo cultural de las comunidades agrarias cubanas y el desarrollo local. El amplio margen de visualización de contenidos que ofrecen los métodos digitales (mapas, fotografías, experiencias orales, vídeos) nos ha permitido agrupar y mostrar las fichas de los fondos y archivos no solo desde una perspectiva de estructura museística clásica (cronológica, por temas y estilos), sino también mediante una visualización geoespacial.
