As tecnologias de informação e comunicações utilizadas pelo Hotel Quality Suites Natal/RN - Brasil como meio de promoção e comercialização

Abstract

O presente artigo discute sobre a importância do uso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação como uma ferramenta primordial para a divulgação e comercialização do hotel Quality Suítes Natal/RN - Brasil, buscando esclarecer o uso das tecnologias e entender melhor o seu funcionamento. O estudo apoia-se na pesquisa qualitativa, de artigos, literaturas pertinentes à área e com material disponibilizado na Internet que procura fornecer maiores conhecimentos sobre o tema de pesquisa, verificando a qualidade dos sistemas de informação e comunicação do hotel e também exploratória, pois a finalidade é especificar o tema pesquisado, além de ter sido elaborado o roteiro do questionário para aplicação no hotel. Dentro dos resultados pode-se observar que a qualidade em vigor dos sistemas e das ferramentas tecnológicas apuradas neste hotel contribuem bastante para o desenvolvimento de suas atividades.
