El movimiento feminista cubano desde las páginas de la revista literaria Horizontes de Sancti Spíritus (1935-1939)

Abstract

Con el objetivo de valorar cómo la revista literaria “Horizontes†de Sancti Spíritus refleja las ideas que defiende el movimiento feminista cubano entre 1935 y 1939 se realizó la siguiente investigación. Se utilizaron los métodos teóricos: histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, el hipotético-deductivo y los métodos empíricos: análisis de documentos, análisis de contenido y la crítica historiográfica. Se pudo concluir que la revista “Horizontes†contribuye a la difusión de las ideas del movimiento feminista cubano con su concepción de mujer moderna pero continúa reproduciendo el discurso patriarcal de la época, es decir, lucha por un cambio en la situación cotidiana de la mujer pero no cuestiona la visión androcéntrica que se tiene en la sociedad de las féminas, por lo cual no se logra una transformación radical de su realidad.
