Abstract

El presente artículo aborda el comportamiento de la cooperación internacional a través de los esquemas de integración experimentados en América Latina y el Caribe, a partir del pensamiento histórico de líderes de la historia mundial, con el propósito de demostrar a través del análisis comparado las limitaciones de los mismos para enfrentar de manera sostenible el desarrollo y la erradicación gradual de la pobreza, reconociendo la atención que se le debe brindar al tema en el contexto internacional y el Derecho Internacional Público.
