Aceptación del e-commerce en el sector turístico hotelero

Abstract

El sector hotelero es sin duda, la industria turística de mayor crecimiento y demanda en la actualidad. Los nuevos mercados internacionalizados buscan beneficios de precios, promociones y satisfacción de necesidades, que ha cambiado el sistema de venta o reserva del sector hotelero a través del comercio electrónico o e-commerce como un nuevo canal de distribución, que permite tener relación directa entre empresa y consumidor. La presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer el nivel de aceptación del e-commerce en el sector hotelero en la ciudad de Lima en Perú y Cuenca en Ecuador, a través del modelo TAM (Modelo de Aceptación Tecnológica) que considera a la actitud, la utilidad percibida, la facilidad de uso y la confianza como constructos que analizan el proceso que lleva a un sujeto a adoptar un comportamiento determinado.
