Abstract

El presente trabajo trata acerca de las cámaras de video en las instituciones públicas, privadas y lugares públicos el cual la mayoría de las instituciones ha desarrollado un nuevo sistema de seguridad que contribuirá positivamente en la sociedad y a su gran problema de inseguridad. Se realiza un análisis a nivel del Ecuador sobre la utilización de cámaras de video y tomamos como estudio a la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar carrera de Derecho y al Gobierno Desentralizado de la ciudad de Guaranda, provincia Bolívar; se estudiará la problemática con respecto a la política del estado sobre el uso de cámaras de video en los espacios públicos y la vulneración del principio constitucional de derecho a la intimidad personal, donde nuestro derecho a la intimidad es un derecho humano, fundamental, que nos permite definir nuestra individualidad, libres de toda injerencia injustificada por parte del estado y sus agentes cuyo valor no debe ser mancillado ni por la tecnología ni por la ley.
