Diagnóstico del clima organizacional en el grupo empresarial agropecuario (GEA) del MININT

Abstract

El éxito de una empresa depende, en gran medida, de su colectivo laboral, y de la percepción que tienen sus empleados de ella y de los procesos, relaciones y la motivación laboral que surgen en ese entorno. El Grupo Empresarial Agropecuario (GEA) que pertenece al MININT decidió desarrollar una investigación para evaluar el clima laboral con el objetivo de diagnosticar los problemas que están afectando a la empresa. Se realiza una breve caracterización de la empresa y de su fuerza de trabajo. Se describe el proceso de Gestión de Recursos Humanos y los indicadores de eficiencia de la gestión de sus recursos humanos. Se presentan las herramientas y técnicas que se aplican en el estudio. Se realiza un diagnóstico de clima laboral a partir de las variables seleccionadas, procesándose la información mediante el programa estadístico SPSS en su versión 22.0. Por último, se propone un plan de acciones encaminadas a dar solución a los problemas detectados en la empresa con el diagnóstico.
