Generalidades sobre la obligación de dar alimentos

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo de la sociedad moderna, en el Derecho que la sostiene está cobrando mayor relevancia doctrinal y normativa, lo referente a las obligaciones alimentarias, nacidas de las relaciones matrimoniales o de parentesco; por su notable implicación social es una de las instituciones jurídicas familiares que más se ha desarrollado en pos de crear mecanismos de Derecho sustantivo y procesal que eleven la eficacia de su objeto de ejecución. En el presente trabajo titulado: “Generalidades sobre la obligación de dar alimentos.†se desarrolla un estudio teórico-normativo con elementos de Derecho comparado sobre esta peculiar figura familiar, con el propósito de acercarnos a su génesis y caracteres generales como relación jurídica obligatoria de vital importancia, que opera dentro del Derecho de Familia.
