Metodología para el perfeccionamiento de la competencia comunicativa de los directivos en la Empresa Puerto Moa

Abstract

La presente investigación surge debido a la necesidad de resolver las insuficiencias que evidencian los directivos de la Empresa Puerto Moa en su desempeño profesional relacionada con la competencia comunicativa, lo cual limita el cumplimiento de las exigencias del contexto empresarial. Como vía de solución a esta problemática se propone una metodología para favorecer el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa de los directivos. La metodología se sustenta en la concepción dialéctico – materialista, la teoría histórico – cultural y las concepciones teóricas que sustentan al proceso de superación posgraduada en el contexto empresarial. La experiencia en la aplicación de la metodología permitió comprobar su factibilidad en el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los directivos de la Empresa Puerto Moa, relacionada con la formación de la competencia comunicativa.
