Abstract

El Impacto territorial de la red de ciudades portuarias en la dinámica de las redes de ciudades internacionales, se materializa en el territorio a partir de la necesidad de inserción y articulación de los espacios locales, regionales o entidades territoriales en el actual sistema de redes, lo que permite recomponer a los territorios - en los que las escalas geográficas se superponen e interactúan-, y conformar así nuevas especialidades. En una escala local se analiza el caso del Consorcio de Gestión de Puertos Bahía Blanca, como un caso relevante de desarrollo local y turístico en un espacio que adquiere particulares características.
